Pick-up or Ship
Local pick-up within 1 hour drive of Fort Lauderdale, FL or Elmsford, NY. Outside that radius, ship via our OEM-validated container.
Clean per OEM IFU
Cleaning of the scope's channels and external surfaces performed to the endoscope manufacturer's Instructions for Use.
Forced-Air Drying
Channels are dried with forced air so no residual moisture goes into sterilization.
VerifyAi Inspection
Automated borescope inspection of the endoscope lumens. Location and detail of every non-conformity recorded.
EO Sterilize
Terminal sterilization in the Andersen EOGas4 with full cycle records and biological indicators.
Return Sterile
Sterile-packaged scope shipped back the same day. 6-month sterile shelf life.
Multi-Point Inspection
Mechanical and optical inspection equivalent to OEM. Critical, semi-critical, and non-critical findings reported. Repairs expedited if needed.
VerifyAi Borescope Inspection
Automated internal lumen inspection with our proprietary borescope, after cleaning and drying. Location and detail of every non-conformity recorded.
