The company behind the newest and safest way to clean and sterilize endoscopes is open for business
New York City area, November 1, 2019 – Parametrik recently opened its NYC area reprocessing service center. Services include FDA cleared Digital Cleaning™, High-Level Disinfection and Ethylene Oxide (EO) terminal sterilization of flexible endoscopes as an end-to-end service. Parametrik offers a 24 hour turnaround time with convenient pick-up and delivery to local customers across the New York City and New Jersey areas.
One of Parametrik’s first NYC customers, The New York Proton Center, is using Parametrik to clean and terminally sterilize their endoscopes. “They have an amazing staff and facility. Many endoscopes used as an alternative to invasive surgery can benefit from EO sterilization for extra levels of safety against smart, drug-resistant bacteria.
That’s where Parametrik’s patented MACH I Instrument Processor Cleaning, Disinfection and Green Sterilization Technology make a difference. “Our globally patented turbulent flow AER technology can replace cumbersome manual cleaning processes for validated endoscopes. Manual cleaning can result in missed step error rates as high as 99% for cleaning and 60% contamination after disinfection.
